This place has an amazing location near the aquarium, and the king room we stayed in was spacious and impressive.

location was good for both business and local to the golf courses.

Breakfast was continually running our of dishes/bowls. Cleanliness of cups, glasses could have been better. Prices for beer/wine was very expensive. Note to management: Although the restaurant was busy in the mornings, it was dead in the evenings. A simple notice board in the elevators with menu/prices and some photos of people enjoying themselves would bring more business to the restaurant in the evenings. Also, food prices were OK but lowering the alcohol prices would keep people in the bar/restaurant. Funny, but while we were there, there was a two day Professional Bull Riding event and an Ice Hockey game at the arena next door, and all the eateries around were jam packed with people, but the hotel restaurant was really quiet. Need to promote the bar/restaurant better when events are on with possible discount when entry tickets are shown.....Just saying!

Great location; right next door to convention center where we were scheduled to be most of the weekend.

Hotel staff was minimally welcoming; not necessarily rude but only doing/saying what was absolutely necessary to not appear rude. Hotel was completely sold out - full of dancers of all ages - pool is 'shut down' Saturday afternoon due to 'electrical' issues and maintenance cannot be called because it is the weekend. Miraculously, the pool reopened on Sunday.

Fantastic spot for convenient access to Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament and a wide variety of dining choices nearby.

My room was kept neat

I tried to order a drink..got one beer after I had to get the desk person to help find a staff member. After I received the drink, I never saw him again. The waitress that was out never asked if I wanted another drink. I sat there and waited, but no one ever showed up, so I left.

Location: the hotel was close to restaurant in evening as well as concert venue.

The room had a king-size bed and included a full-sized hair dryer and coffee, and the employees were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

The rooms were super nice. The people were very friendly . It was one of the best Holiday Inns I have ever stayed at. The best thing was the pillows . They were super comfy and everything was clean.

The staff were very helpful I liked the outdoor seating area and bringing my pet the rooms were clean and nice to have a bar and resturaunt on site

The bar has out of basic mixers and had a poor wine selection for entertaining clients no bloody mary mix?

This place has a great location near the freeway and a Starbucks, so make sure to book a king room that comes with a full-sized hair dryer and coffee.

Staff and facilities were all very nice. This was my second stay at this location and I plan to stay again.

Everything was good during 1 day, greatly enjoyed its particularly good location close to restaurant in evening and the freeway. The room was well-appointed and large and the bed extremely comfy. What was important for me - reasonably spacious bathroom and helpful staff with several staff members.
